We are a team of professionals specialized in IT solutions for distribution and retail industries. Our technology is Microsoft, the heart of our solutions is Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Brayns was born in 2024, as result of several experiences and successful projects realized since the early 2000s.

Goods distribution requires a mixture of commercial and logistic skills. The main technological challenge, for process optimization, is the calculation of big data that comes from inventory entries. Item creation will be automated, including information of industries database, if available. New items will be addressed to the right buyers to be ordered. Also sales price calculation will be automated by several algorithms that will provide the best profit to the Company. The replenishment will be processed by Artificial Intelligence that automatically analyze sales history, including missing ones, and the availability or overstock in all warehouses. These system created orders will require few time to be confirmed and sent to the vendors. It will be possible to optimize internal logistic, naming every single place in the warehouse and making the better and faster paths for picking and putaway. Sales, the heart of distribution, will have the most advanced tools of analysis and the orders, also coming from EDI, will be automatically processed faster than ever.

Since forever, we first spent our effort for the needs of headquarter and next for softly improve the stores. Our solution is capable to integrate with the most common store’s softwares, bringing innovation without disruptions, that are not allowed in big chains of stores. Distribution features will be used for stores, ensuring that goods will arrive in time and in the right quantity. Stores will be grouped in several clusters to analyze and understand the sales, to calculate the better stock level, to compare performance indicators. It will be possible to integrate devices, such as people counter or shift management tools, to enrich sales information. Accounting processes will be speeded up by reliable procedures for gathering store takings with payments detail and store expenses. Companion tools, such as private Web sites, will improve communication between headquarter and stores, making a true omnichanel strategy, with a seamless integration with APPs and E-Commerce.
